At Graham, we have invested a considerable amount of time and resources in our proprietary risk management information system GrahamAlytics®. The Graham service team uses the online accessible tool to uncover and track loss trends and to address the underlying causes of loss. GrahamAlytics® is flexible enough to enable loss tracking and trending at a macro level so both Graham and our clients can see how their organization is performing from a loss perspective.

The power of the system lies in providing the ability to delve deeper into the macro trends so that we can understand how each level (by building, department, shift, etc.) is performing. The system enables us to continue digging deeper into the loss data to the individual claims driving the trends. This enables us to collectively focus our joint loss prevention, safety and claims management resources on areas of concern, so that future losses are prevented and overall costs are minimized.

This ongoing assessment is used by various members of the service team in delivering services to our clients like conducting root cause analysis, directing and offering training and service throughout our client's organization, and preparing for and negotiating broad coverage terms and conditions for our client's insurance program. The account team also use the data from GrahamAlytics® to appropriately structure our client's insurance program. By measuring our client's total cost of risk (i.e. the premium cost plus claims below applicable deductibles), the account team is able to identify the most optimal program structure for your insurance program.
